Noureen deWulf is a New Yorker who was born in the month of February 1984. Her interest to become an actress was never a thing. She started building the foundations for her professional career while she enrolled at the Boston University School of the Arts. Noureen began auditioning for roles shortly after her graduation. Then she was offered a part as a lead in the 2005 film West Bank Story. West Bank Story debuted at Sundance Film Festival in 2005 and was screened across the globe. In 2001, she was in Ghost World (2001), a film that was well-received and was awarded an Golden Globe nod.
