Cheney has accepted the Republican Vice-Presidential election in 2007, said his hopes were high for working under a president who will reach across the aisles and work with political rivals through goodwill and a shared goal. Richard Bruce Cheney was born in Lincoln Nebraska on January 30 1941 the father of Richard Herbert Cheney and the former Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. When Richard Bruce Cheney turned 13 He and his family moved from Lincoln Nebraska to Casper Wyoming which is where his father headed the U.S. Department of Agriculture's regional conservation districts.
